    Significance Statement
An excellent example of Spanish Colonial Revival residential architecture designed by Curlett & Beelman for partner Aleck Curlett. Exhibits quality of design. This was the home of actor Henry Fonda from 1967 until his death in 1982. However, the property is not significant for its association with him, because this was not a particularly important period in his career.
