General Description
"The 3022-3032 9th Ave Bungalow Court occupies a single rectangular parcel in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The bungalow court comprises three freestanding, Spanish Colonial Revival-style one-story buildings situated around a central courtyard. The court retains distinctive features of the property type, including a courtyard landscaped with an alley of palm trees and two rear detached garages."

    "Excellent and rare example of a 1920s bungalow court in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Los Angeles; one of only a few remaining intact examples in the area. Due to alterations, including window replacements, the property may not retain sufficient integrity to be eligible for listing in the National Register."
