    "Significant for its association with the entertainment industry. This property is associated with ""Snow White"" animators working for the Walt Disney Company; it is believed that Disney artsits' lived here in the 1930s while working on ""Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs,"" the first animated feature film. The precise dates of the Disney artists' residency are unknown; more research is needed to determine the period of significance."
