    Significance Statement
Rare example of a streetcar electric substation; originally constructed for the Los Angeles Pacific Railroad Company. Due to alterations - including infilled window openings, wall cladding replacement, and roof alteration - the property does not retain sufficient integrity to be eligible for listing in the National Register. It is unclear when the building stopped operating as an electrical substation; additional research needed to determine the period of significance.
