    Significance Statement
An excellent example of Mid-Century Modern residential architecture with clean lines and geometric volumes. The orientation toward the rear makes it difficult to fully appreciate from the public right-of-way. However, it is ineligible for listing on the National Register because it is less than 50 years of age and not of exceptional importance.
