    Significance Statement
    Appears to be an excellent example of Mid-Century Modern residential architecture in Pacific Palisades. Designed by master architect Rodney Walker as part of the celebrated Case Study Program. However, the property is not fully visible from the public right-of-way; therefore, the evaluation could not be completed. Since the survey, this property has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
