    Significance Statement
    Significant as the oldest music school in the San Fernando Valley and as a representative of the earliest pattern of commercial development in North Hollywood. The school was founded in 1949, but the building dates to 1952. Several rock bands, including Quiet Riot, were formed by students at the school who used the space for rehearsals. Original tenant is still located at this property.
