    Significance Statement
Research indicates that this residence was designed by Roland Coate. It is difficult to view from the public right-of-way, but it does not appear to be an excellent representation of his work or the Spanish Colonial Revival style of architecture. Furthermore, it is likely that all of the windows have been replaced.
