    Significance Statement
    Designed by Stanley Kegan, this is an excellent example of Mid-Century Modern residential architecture with a distinctive butterfly shaped roof elevated on steel columns. The orientation toward the rear makes it difficult to fully appreciate from the public right-of-way.
