    This property was documented due to information submitted through SurveyLA's public outreach program. However, the house designed by Lundberg, Armet & Davis for Vicki Lynn and Joseph Goddard burnt to the ground in 1961, according to the LA Times. The house built in its place does not appear to be a significant example of a property type or style, and has no known important associations.
