    Significance Statement
Rare example of a 1920s residential hotel in Westlake; one of few remaining examples from this period. Residential hotels were an important early multi-family housing type in this area of the city. Due to alterations, including replacement of windows and storefronts, the property does not retain sufficient integrity to be eligible for listing in the National Register.
