    Significance Statement
Appeared to be an early example of institutional development in Palms; however, due to multiple alterations and additions over several decades, the property no longer retains sufficient integrity to convey this significance. Original occupant is unknown; by 1932, the owner was 14th Church of Christ Scientist; in 1954, it became St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Alterations include auditorium addition and vestibule addition in 1932, and a two-story addition at the north end of the building in 1954.
