    Significance Statement
Excellent collection of early ornamental streetlights in Westlake. Combination streetlight/trolley poles located on both sides of 2nd Street between Beaudry Avenue on the east, and Beverly Boulevard/1st Street on the west, and continuing north on Glendale Boulevard to Rockwood Street. These streetlights/trolley poles were installed in the 1920s and 1930s to support the 600-volt DC wires which supplied power to the West 2nd Street Cable Railway line. These streetlights appear to meet local criteria only and may not meet significance thresholds for National Register or California Register eligibility.
