    Significance Statement
    Excellent and rare example of a 1940s concrete bridge in Westlake. The bridge was constructed to allow automobile traffic to pass over this busy intersection, bypassing a rail line that traveled from 2nd Street and Spring in downtown, north along Glendale Boulevard to the neighborhood of Crown Hill.
