    Significance Statement
    Research indicates that this residence was designed by Buff and Hensman. It appears to be an excellent example of Mid-Century Modern residential architecture. However, it is set high on a hillside lot and the only truly visible portion is the garage. Therefore the evaluation could not be completed.
